Expectations

My expectations from the players:

*Sportsmanship: Behave in and out side the field (no unjustified red cards) there will be consequences upon             that .Respect your teammates, coach, managers.

*Attitude          : Behave among each other no cursing no fighting.

*Commitment   : Be on time or even earlier, make all practices

*Work Ethic     : Give 100% practice and games, no cheating during the game. Use you imagery before you go to bed and think about the practice or the game that you have played, and ask your self questions whether you performed well Bad and what you can do better to improve.

*Nutrition and Health: Go to bed early no later than 10:30 and eat healthy drink a lot of water and PowerAde in order to prevent injuries.

*Playing time   : will be shared equally if every player meets my expectations.

My Expectations from the Parents:

* I welcome a communications with me, in an appropriate time (after practice or 30 minutes before practice, but not before or after a game).However we can discuss your son’s performance and so forth but I will not discuss with you the way we play the system setup or why we lost…

*The day of the game: when you leave the house try to keep your son focused on what he should be doing

On the soccer field without pressure (don’t talk about other things...)

*When you are on the sideline: I do not need coaches neither do the players EXPLAIN why.( too many

Information in the same time it will raise a confusion during the game plus I want the players to think and solve the game problems on their own to improve and make progress)

*We need fans, supporters of course positively and EXPLAIN saying good job for a horrible shot not acceptable....

*Take care of your player’s health: keep the fridge full of drinks in order to prevent injuries, feed them healthy after and before the game.

*I would like to hold a parents meeting once a month to go through questions or ideas that you might have for me.

*If you have any complaints please come to me first.

My Philosophy:

I believe in a family environment, I hope to have that feeling as I have had in the past, lets all work together to make it a successful season.

My personal coaching goals for the season, is to make these players better and proud of their performance regardless of the game score.
