Personal Philosophy:
Playing the game of football can be a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, this experience is sometimes taken away by the emphasis to win. Winning should not be the only objective for a coach at the youth level. The objectives a coach should create for his or her team is to develop players that have good work ethic, the ability to work well with others (on and off the field), good sportsmanship (in victory and defeat), and a lifetime of love for the game. With these objectives, the player(s) should be able to pursue a dream of playing football at the highest level possible.
